How will I receive my pick-up times?

When you arrive in Costa Rica, you will receive your itinerary with approximate pick-up times for your transfers and activities.

Pick-up times are approximate because road conditions, weather, and other operational factors can affect schedules.

To keep you informed, we will contact you every couple of days with the updated pick-up times for your upcoming activities and transfers, using the contact method you prefer (email, WhatsApp, or through your hotel). Your Transfer Guide will confirm the best way to reach you when you arrive.
