Born in Costa Rica, Federico Alban has spent most of his life exploring the natural world and sharing it with travelers from around the globe. Having also lived in Jerusalem, Madrid, and New York, he brings an international perspective, fluent English, and a natural ease in connecting with people from diverse cultures.
For more than 24 years, Federico has been part of Costa Rica Expeditions, where his knowledge, professionalism, and long-standing commitment to nature have made him highly regarded by guests. He has completed studies in Natural Resource Management, Agricultural Engineering, and Industrial Design, and is an officially accredited guide dedicated to providing safe, informative, and meaningful experiences.
