| This trip takes your family from the jungles of the North Atlantic sector, where you will stay at Tortuga Lodge, to the beaches of Costa Rica's South Pacific. Starting in Tortuguero, you will explore the rainforest creeks of the National Park with a guide and perhaps view the Atlantic Green Sea Turtle laying her eggs (Jun-Oct only). Then you'll travel to the Osa Peninsula on the Pacific to stay at Laguna Vista Villas and hike in Corcovado National Park. | This trip takes you and your family to both of Costa Rica’s coasts on the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and includes six guided tours. On the way to the Atlantic lowlands, take the Rainforest Canopy Tour near Braulio Carrillo National Park. In Tortuguero you’ll explore rainforest creeks by boat and kayak and learn to dance to local music with the local kids. Then fly to Palmar Sur on the Pacific coast for a 3-night stay in the Bahia Ballena (Whale Bay) area. Here you’ll whale and dolphin watch and snorkel in the Marine Park. A hike in Oro Verde Reserve is also included. On the day before your departure, raft the Class II-III Reventazon River (min age: 9 years). |

| Explore Costa Rica's central mountain range and Pacific coast. Starting with a bird watching tour in the cloud forests at Cerro de La Muerte, then two full days at Whale Bay to snorkel, dolphin watch and participate in other activities (at additional cost), such as fishing, hiking or kayaking. Before arriving in Manuel Antonio, stop to find out about life in the canopy by visiting a canopy platform 100 feet above the forest floor. Your last days will be in Manuel Antonio, where you have a sea kayaking tour and horseback ride planned before heading back to San Jose to meet your flight home. |
