The Real Inter-Continental Hotel is located 30 mins. from the international airport, in the exclusive area of Escazu, across from the Multi Plaza Shopping Center. There are 261 spacious rooms; standard rooms have two queen-sized beds, cable TV, minibar and desk with Internet service ($10/hour). There are 20 meeting rooms, catering to business travelers, the hotel’s principal clientele.
The hotel’s main restaurant, Azulejos, features international cuisine and buffet dining. The lobby bar has live music several nights a week and an agreeable ambiance. The hotel also has a souvenir shop, 24-hour gym, an outdoor swimming pool, beauty parlor, a lighted tennis court and sauna .
